The APGET 20th Gynecological Endoscopy Training Course is specifically addressed for experienced gynecologic surgeons who would like to advance from basic laparoscopy to standard laparoscopy and for more experienced surgeons who would like to take one step further. During the hands-on session, our faculties will give participants guidance and instruction. Upon conclusion of the course, participants should be able to:
- - Understand the pelvic and retroperitoneal anatomy under laparoscopy.
- - Develop skills in pelvic and retroperitoneal dissection.
- - Master the techniques in radical excision of deep infiltrating endometriosis.

30 Oct 2025APGET Webinar on Medical Management of Abnormal Uterine Bleeding
APGET will be holding a webinar on Medical Management of Abnormal Uterine Bleeding on Thursday, 30 September 2025 at 19:00 (HKT, UTC+8). The purpose of the webinar is to equip attendees with the knowledge to implement optimal medical treatment strategies of a non-surgical and long-lasting solution for many women with abnormal uterine bleeding.
The webinar will feature two expert speakers: Dr. Mimi FUNG (Hong Kong) and Dr Ka Yu TSE (Hong Kong).
Dr. Fung will give a talk on medical management of abnormal uterine bleeding with levonorgestrel intrauterine device: a local experience.
Dr. Tse will deliver a talk on fertility-sparing treatment for atypical endometrial hyperplasia and low-risk endometrial cancer.
We are pleased to invite Dr. Pong Mo YUEN (Chairman of APGET) and Dr. Kuen Ting CHAN (Secretary-General of APGET) to moderate the webinar.

03 - 04 Oct 2025APGET 19th Gynecological Endoscopy Training Course
We are thrilled to announce that the online registration is now open for the APGET 19th Gynecological Endoscopy Training Course. The two-day training workshop will be conducted on 3-4 October 2025 (Fri & Sat) at Olympus T-TEC Bangkok, Thailand.
The workshop is aimed at those in gynecology who are interested in laparoscopic surgery. The training course is geared towards helping trainees advance their knowledge and skills required for gynecologic laparoscopic surgery. The workshop comprises training on electrosurgery, laparoscopic skills, management of complications and etc.
The two-day workshop will be conducted at Olympus T-TEC.
Day 1: Didactic Lectures and Hands-on Skill Training (Dry lab)
Day 2: Hands-on Animal Dissection Workshop

APGET will be holding a webinar on Medical Management for Endometriosis on 25 September 2025 at 19:00 (HKT, UTC+8) / 18:00 (THA, UTC+7).
The webinar will feature two expert speakers: Dr. Karen NG (Hong Kong) and Dr. Supanat BURINKUL (Thailand).
Dr. Ng will share her expertise in non-surgical strategies for managing endometriosis to preserve the fertility potential of patients. Dr. Supanat will give his insight into the conservative management of endometrioma and share a case of a patient who received long-term medical treatment for endometriosis.

04 May 2025APGET 1st Electrosurgery & Basic Laparoscopic Skills Training Course
We are thrilled to announce that registration is now open for the APGET 1st Electrosurgery & Basic Laparoscopic Skills Training Course is slated to be held on 4 May 2025 in Bangkok, Thailand.
The one-day training workshop is aimed primarily at junior gynecologists new to laparoscopic and wishing to refresh their skills. It will comprise lectures on basic laparoscopic skills and hands-on training.
