Target Audience

This intensive course is designed for gynecologists who have completed basic skills training in laparoscopic surgery and wish to develop skills and techniques in performing intermediate and advanced procedures in laparoscopic surgery.

Purpose of Training

• Understand the pelvic and retroperitoneal anatomy under laparoscopy
• Develop the skills in pelvic and retroperitoneal dissection
• Master the techniques in radical excision of deep-infiltrating endometriosis

Course Features

• Lectures and hands-on skill training on cadavers.
• Provide high-quality anatomy teaching on a cadaver that focuses on a laparoscopic approach to pelvic anatomy

Methods of the Training

• Didactic lectures & Hands-on practices on cadaver.  During the hands-on session, participants will be divided into small groups and the trainers will provide support & guidance for each station.
